At the heart of Cyclical Wisdom & Wellbeing & something I believe is the foundation to connecting to yourself on a deep and empowering level as a woman, is Menstrual Cycle Awareness. This is described as “The Inner Yoga for women” (Pope 2017) and uses the concept of Inner Seasons to better understand & work with (rather than against) the changes in your energy & strengths (AKA Feminine Superpowers) as well as the unique mental & emotional shifts that occur for you in the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle .

I’ll support you in connecting with your Inner Seasons so that they can guide you into a deeper more loving & empowered relationship with yourself, your body, your mind, your heart & spirit. Find clarity, guidance & confidence in the changes of your physical & psychological self.

Pregnancy Yoga

A sacred space to honour, respect and nurture your changing physical and psychological state. Warmly welcoming pregnant women from 12 weeks on to be supported in connecting to your innate embodied wisdom and power.

In the sessions we can explore:

  • Nourishing movement practices

  • Breathing exercises

  • Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation)

  • Hypnobirthing tools

  • Pelvic floor exercises

  • Specific exercises to cover common experiences in pregnancy such as lower back pain, pelvic pain and digestive disturbances
